Oszy was really easy to deal with from the start. He replied quickly, checked my laptop details, and recommended the right RAM to buy. Once it arrived he picked up the laptop, did the upgrade, and gave it a proper clean.

He also spotted that the battery was swelling and explained what was going on. He removed it safely, told me what to replace it with, and came back to fit the new one as soon as it arrived.

The laptop now runs cool and works better than it has in years. Good price, friendly communication, and genuinely knows his stuff. I’d definitely go back to him again.
